1. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under these conditions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is defective or was damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note on Buyer’s Remorse: As our products are often made-to-order or limited editions, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or if you simply changed your mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping address for the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to our error (defects, damages, or wrong items), Prideinapparel will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (592 South 6th Street, Jesup, GA 31545), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
